Today, Hodgie, Stuart M and my ventured into the world of triathlon by competing at the Alford Sprint Triathlon. Both Stuart and myself were making our tri debuts and stupidly volunteered to do the non-swimming parts. We came 2nd in the team event, narrowly beaten by a team from Perth with a significantly lower average age than our own.
