Please submit 1 booking for your preferred session. By Monday 22:00, you may book a second session if places are still available (remember 16 on a Wednesday and 20 on a Saturday). Contact Callum or Brian (or email firstname.lastname@example.org) if you missed out on your minimum of 1 booking that week and we will aim to have you on a priority place the following week.
Regular booking system (from week commencing 5th October 2020)
After Saturday training (i.e. after noon on Saturdays), you will be able to book your favoured session for the week ahead (please do not select more than one session at this stage).1 If the system has been overbooked, those first to book the slot will get first option on their preferred slot (please follow the instructions below to avoid overbooking and being disappointed).
After Monday at 22:00, you may book a second session from the slots available.
After Tuesday at 22:00, you may book a third session if slots are still available.
General Booking Information
If you cannot attend the session you have booked, please uncheck your vote, email email@example.com, or inform Callum Scullion or Brian Bain to remove your booking.
