Silver City Blues Masters Swimming Club is aimed at adults who wish to continue to swim regularly, whether competitively, for fitness or just for the social side. Founded in 1985, the aim of the club is to provide regular, coached training sessions for swimmers of all standards and abilities.

SCB have now been the Scottish Masters Champions for 7 consecutive years.

In 2018 the club attained Level 2 Accreditation for ClubSport Aberdeen Scheme.

In 2016 the club were awarded ClubCap Enhanced from the Aberdeen Sports Council.

In June 2013 Silver City Blues were awarded the Top Club at the Aberdeen Sports Awards. The club is delighted with this award as a recognition of the hard work that has gone into making SCB so successful.

In 2012 club became the first Masters club in Scotland to be awarded SwiMark+ by Scottish Swimming showing that we have everything in place for the development of the club and that Scottish Swimming have accredited us. This was renewed and awarded to the club in late 2016.
