Day 5 and the exploits of the magnificent seven continue! There were PB’s in the 50 Fly for Start and Erica as well as a new Scottish Record and 4th place for Erica. Day, John and Rachael then all swum really fast in the 100 Free and again all PB’d with Rachael also getting a 4th place. Such great swims.
