SCB May Challenge Summary
Well done, and thank you to everyone who completed the challenge in May. We collectively “travelled” 11555.11 miles, and exceeded the original target. We are now “continuing around the world” to get home again during June 2020!
Almost half way…
As of last night, we have completed 4772 miles out of a total of 9750 on our way to Japan, and are just 100 miles away from the half way mark!
Progress after 7 days…
As of last night, we have now “travelled” 2980 miles since 1st May. We are making our way through Iran, along the coast of the Caspian Sea and on our way to Turkmenistan. Lets see what this weekend brings – only 6770 miles to go until we reach Japan.
SCB (Virtual) Trip to Japan – Day 5 Update
During May 2020, SCB are walking/running/cycling/rowing/jumping the distance from Aberdeen to Japan. Progress after 5 days is as follows… Currently 2323 miles completed out of a total of 9750.
SCB COVID-19 Update
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, all club training sessions are currently suspended. Training will resume in accordance with guidance from the government and Scottish Swimming.
